    Fast food

Well, in case you haven't gathered it yet, no, fast food isn't entirely, "bad" for you. As far as any diet should be structured (in my opinion), you should have a daily set macronutrient (carbs, fats and proteins) intake, and you should strive to hit that goal. This has personally worked well...

    occluded training?

I have used it mostly for calves, biceps and triceps for a decent amount of time now. Not sure if you got more info on this in the past few months since you posted, but I have seen a decent size increases in my calves which were a huge trouble point for me up until I started doing BFR training...

    Recovery between workouts

When Recover PM is clearanced at GNC, I always pick some up. Helps me sleep well and I always seem to recover well when I mix it with aminos before I go to sleep. Really want to try some of that ergonine though. Other than supps, just make sure you eat well!

    Whats your favorite ?

jswain got it! I get crazy good pumps but it doesn't just last for a little in the gym, you'll grow. haha I don't do it often though. Usually just biceps, calves and triceps, though I've seen people do it for their entire leg with knee wraps or use a stretchy band for shoulders. You can find a...

Help Teach an Old Dog New Tricks - Help with training/diet

Though pulse cycling is a good way to help control some of the long term sides, nothing is guaranteed to not permanently shut you down or mess with your levels at least somewhat. Not even considering any symptoms of low T or knowing what PCT you may (or may not have) ran, I would definitely look...

    Gym Accessories

Haha yeah, it's a pain to lug around. Especially around my university because there are so many dang hills. And yes, empire, I feel like it may be overkill at times and maybe make me look like a tool since I'm still a youngin around my gym but it definitely helps me mentally!

Who do you guys look up to

I follow most of the people previously stated but a few others would have to be Tee Cummins, another Animal athlete who I got to see lift at the Arnold this year and Jason Britt. He's more of an underground athlete though he's strong as a bull. Both give me incredible motivation for my lifts.

Chuck Taylors Wrist Wraps Wrist Straps Chalk SBD Knee Sleeves Elbow Sleeves ACE Wraps Deodorant iPod Beats Extra Headphones GNC's Rampant Those are most of the things that I just keep in my bag for my lifts. Those differ from the things that I use that mentally help me get into the gym more...

    Whats your favorite ?

When I'm not motivated: legs When I am motivated: legs Doesn't matter to me, squats always get me going! If I'm not as into it, I'll do some pin presses or like 405 for reps and maybe some front squats. Like I said, squats are always good for me!

    The PR Thread

Wow, you folks are some monsters. Great lifts in here. My squat has been going up drastically recently. Hit 495 with SBDs and a belt and 515 with wraps and belt. Tried to post a video but I don't have enough posts on the site yet :( hopefully I'll get one up soon on this thread! Keep up the...

how my diet looks for bulking any thing helps

I do agree with Driven here on all accounts. I personally don't see a huge problem with the amount of protein in powder form, though as Ant is probably referring to, it is always better to get your macros in food form to account for all of your micros as well. Plus taking in 2 scoops of protein...

tips to up my calorie intake?

Similar to ensure, I just got a box of packets called Breakfast Essentials. I can usually carry them with me to class and drop em in a shaker cup of water and they aren't bad. Easy 130 cals with 27c/5p/.5f. Also Fit n Active Crisps. Got em at Aldi's for real cheap. 170 cals with 33c/2p/3f. And...

    Intra workout/bcaa

Started with Modern BCAAs and have always loved em. I saw someone talking of Cellucor's Alpha Aminos which I like but the β-BCAAs by Cellucor are great to. Love the 1.6g of Beta Alanine to go along with my workout. Definitely going to try some of the products mentioned in this thread. I'm not a...

    bulking cycle critique

Looks decently solid. As I am sure you know, everyone reacts differently to different things. Your carbs seem to be high, though if you know your body does well on high carb, this would be good. Your percentages are looking around 60/25/15 for carbs, proteins and fats respectively. A moderate...
