    I prescribe Remeron all the time and have never had a pt mention this side effect. According to UpToDate alopecia only occurs in about 1% of users, but I'll definitely be more observant of this in the future!

    Yeah it is mild. It's only my second cycle so I'm slowly getting more comfortable with higher doses, longer durations, and different compounds. As far as the PCT, do you have any experience with the M-Test? I've heard great things about its effects on libido as well.
