all day fat burner while at work

I've been using eFlow Nutrition ENCINERATE all through my contest prep. 2 capsules in the AM and then I have my pre workout in the evening. I'm currently down to under 5% bf so it's definitely effective.

    Carb loading/pre show

I know competitors at my gym who carb up on up to 1200 carbs a day, and they are mostly physique guys. So I'm betting a pro bodybuilder might be well over that!

    Help with muscle imbalance?

Maybe work on your flexibility. The best thing to do is get a coach trainer/coach who can work with you in person.

    Help determining competition division

I would disregard whatever critique the judges give you and look solely at the guys who placed above you, if they were all smaller, softer and less conditioned then you, then sure move up to the next division. Also compare yourself to the guys who are winning in the "physique" division...

    Help determining competition division

It depends on what organization you're doing. Looking at your physique I would stick with "Fitness Model" I would recommend you try some NPC Men's Physique competition.

    Short Cycles of Bulking/Cutting

I also like that idea, definitely better then an all our 12-16 week bulk like I've done in the past! Speaking of Layne Norton, I think my next "bulk" will start off as reverse dieting, and I'll increase the carbs/calories and see what happens, obviously my goal will be to stay as lean as I can...

    The Wheels.

Monday I did hydrostatic BF testing. Had me 5.1% at 2 weeks out. I'm thinking I will be on stage around 4%. If I don't get my pro card this competition Team U, then I will do USA's (5 weeks out) I'll be crazy lean by then! The best part is I have actually increased my food a bit and...

    The Wheels.

Rumor has it they are going to raise the "board short" length from "knee level" to 2-3" above the knee. I guess that would be a start!

    The Wheels.

Thank. I am hoping one day MP NPC/IFBB will change to a shorter short or tight type trunk, show the wheels a little more!

    Digestive problems persisting

What Driven suggested. I would also try different foods. For example oatmeal as your carb source, ONLY oatmeal, to test it. Then RICE another day, etc. Personally I don't get bloating unless I over eat and drink to an extreme, but I've heard of other competitors noticing it with certain...

    The Wheels.

That's good progress, any progress is good IMO. Leg's usto be arguably my least developed muscle, now they are probably my most developed. What worked for me was I started training with an old IFBB Pro bodybuilder, this guy did INTENSE WORKOUTS, high volume, high intensity, it took a few...

People still shop in those over priced stores? You have so many online retailers with better products, better selection and better prices. IE NutraPlanet.com

    Pre workout nutrition poll

Bulking = high protein, carbs, fats. Cutting = high protein, moderate carb, no fat. Maintaining = high protein, moderate carb, fat if I feel like it (maybe some almond butter) Post workout is typically 2 scoops whey and 1/2 - 1 scoop for Karbolyn.

    Training and dieting

No, it's like $30-40 well worth it. And of course you can get results lol. bodyfat testing is just one method of tracking your progress, it doesn't create results it simply gives u a baseline of where you are at. Obviously it will benefit you if you're reading ur at 5% and asking people if...

    Training and dieting

I wouldn't worry too much about what the calipers are reading, if anything go get a hydrostatic test done. Your best bet is to find a good Coach/Trainer.
