I haven't either but everything I've read and seen review wise praise them as being the best adjustable dumbbells. It was a deal too hard to pass up. If it doesn't work out I can easily flip them and sell them for more than I'm paying for easily.

Well I thought I was done with adding equipment to my garage gym but..... I've been wanting to get heavier dumbbells but two things were stopping me. The price for dumbbells from 55lbs on up get expensive. On top of that they take a lot of space in your home gym. So my other option was...

She's definitely a keeper. The one I was looking at was the Titan Fitness 300lb stack lat pull-down. I still didn't want to dedicate a space for that. It made more sense to get the piece for my power rack to save on floor space.

Well I don't want to push her limits. I already ordered a Kabuki Transformer Bar and the lat attachment. I think that's a good day lol.

Calum Von Moger Crashes Truck & Relapses!

It's unfortunate that a substance has such control over people like this. Some individuals are just willing to throw their life, career, family, friends, etc, all away because how much of a vice grip the drug of choice has on them. Idk the guy nor really follow up but heard about it recently...

Hell yeah man! I've been wanting it ever since I got my rack back in like 2020 or whenever it was lol. It's going to add so much more versatility to the garage gym. I think I'm done with purchases for right now, well that's what my wife tells me lmao.

Well with the ok from my wife I went ahead and made one last purchase for my garage gym. Since being out of a commercial gym I miss access to a lat pull-down and low row machine. Well this purchase went ahead and solved that. Instead of getting a dedicated lat pull-down/low row combo I went...

I'm definitely looking forward to getting it. My plan as of right now is to switch to using it on my Squat day in the low bar setting since I low bar squat primarily. Then hit good mornings for assistance work. Then I'll use one of the squat variations on my deadlift day. Something like the...

Quite arguably the best specialty bar out.

I would too but just can't justify $800 for it vs the Transformer Bar which imo provides way more versatility for less.

Thank you man. It's a bar that provides a lot of versatility which for a garage gym owner is huge.

So I went ahead and made a big boy decision. I just ordered a blemished Kabuki Transformer Bar :) Being excited is an understatement. I just couldn't swallow the fact that the Marrs Bar I wanted is $800 total. The reason it's so expensive is due to it being shipped by freight since it's all...

    Gym Invasions

A post like this makes me appreciate my garage gym. OP maybe switch the time you go to your gym to avoid the crowds you speak about.

Normally the BBB set up calls for 5x10. For my squats and deadlift I cut it down to 3x10 seeing as the 5x10 on those two movements was a bit too much. IMO 5x10 deadlifts don't make much sense aside from building conditioning but you can always do other things for that.
