    If you are in UK, there is a thermogenic powder (very often at - 60%) at bulkpowders (hint) supplier. I think it is very decent for the price tag.

    It depends on your goals I guess. I add carbs intra for my heavy compound lifting sessions and it definitely makes a big difference.
