    I think pictures, although embarrassing for those of us who are pretty fluffy, serve as a great motivational tool. I actually think they are better to use than the scales. Besides weight can differ from day to day but fat loss does not.

    I can vouch for Luke as a rep and for Crew as a logger. Luke answered questions about his product and other products in general. Crew had 2 awesome logs for me when I was repping for PNI. I do not know enough about ph's to put my app in but I do have experience as a rep.

    I'll be back at it next week, I'm recovering from a staph infection. Not too bad but any infection like that no matter how big or small is bad enough just having it.
