    Most of the joint stuff I’m taking is helping a lot. I remember taking Armistane back in the day now that really dried out my joints. I’ll prob go off the SHW I just hate to since it’s working well for the mental part.

    That sleep support looks interesting. I need something more I’m taking zma and melatonin and I’ll take an occasional Trazadone or Xanax if I can’t get to sleep. I tried Ursa Gel and it treated me well. Never tried the pills. Here’s to another 36 points lol.

    I take the Alpha One before workout. I know I’ve read from Steve it doesn’t make a difference pump wise but I get a pre workout effect from it also. On non training days I take it when I get up. I’m one of the people who respond well to one a day.

    Got 2 bottles of Prime to add to my Winter Bulk/Strength Stack. It should get me to about March when I start my Spring Lean Stack. I also have my 36 points finally. I’ll have to message Steve here shortly 😎.
