Gym is going great, strength is increasing every time. I think I will cut down my workouts to 4x a week, 5x seems too much if you do 2hr workouts each time. Bench has gone up 5kg since I started this cycle, muscle memory from my previous cycle is playing a big part in that also I think, so...- timberx

When I was younger(~16 years old), I was quite skinny at around 6'2 and ~155lbs. I hated it and started to work out, now at 31(6'3 and 240lbs) I think I hit my natural limits and I am starting PEDs. Obviously it feels good when you are one of the biggest/strongest guys at your gym, women also... -

Unanswered Question about my ALT/AST levels - LGD cycle. Including full blood work.
Why would I use a serm when in 4 weeks I fully recovered my test to a higher level than pre-cycle, almost to upper range(7.70 - range 3.30-8.05)? Those OTC PCT supps did a good job, considering I did not have any serm back when I was recovering - I did not expect to quit so early into cycle. I... -

Small update: Things are going good, I took almost a month off from gym since my last cycle on docs recommendations, my lifts have gone a bit, but not much, only 10kg less (gained 25kg on last cycle) on my bench press for example. I agree nothing to worry about, my ALT levels were at 750s during what I thought was a "LGD" cycle , now that is "high as fawk". Take NAC and Tudca, drink lots of water. Did you go to gym the day before(working out a lot increases ALT/AST sometimes)? Finasteride can cause elevated liver enzymes... -
