    I don't understand the point anymore...if you want a refund uforce, just ask. You've been answered by quite a few of us, and the owner himself even offered you a unique opportunity to try a product before it's out. We've also offered to people to get replacement tubs for DM if they had an issue...

    No. Once a date is pushed back, whether it be 2 weeks or 2 months, there is no real rush anymore because consumers are already annoyed. There is no financial incentive to just rush out a product when this is a product we want around for 1 year+ as opposed to one run...literally none. We did not...
