    I dont disagree with that. Personally, I just try to find brands that have both efficiancy and flavour becuase those options are available now. Like i threw my asgt in the bin becuase it made me want to vomit and i could get just as good a product that tasted better for the same money.

    I've just completed my first month without it...and, i might add if it shows my control, with a full tub in my pantry. I decided i should save it for my cut and not bulk on it haha. i went through 4 tubs before taking a break.

    How about high dose (for 3000-4000mg/day) Vitamin B5 (pantothentic acid) It would be great for those of us which erase and anabeta give acne.
