    I had to take off for about 2 months. But I just started again. I've been trying to find a good gym here but most are either planet bull**** or a fitness center. I was just at planet bull**** today and there was about 150 people in it. I left after 20 minutes or so.

    Yeah, at 33mg each day I was super bloated after eating anything. I dropped the dose to 20 (I think) taken right before bed and had no sides. But that was a stand-alone MK product.
