    yeah id do 25 mgs ralox. 50 mgs isnt needed on a trt dose. really an ai isnt needed either on that low of a dose. Serm protects from gyno, even if one could possibly get it from 100 mgs test.

    Some peopel drop down a week before. Ive never done that I drink when im thirsty pre contest or not, and a lot everyday. The night before prejudging thats when water drops a lot. I feel vit c helps me out a lot esp when under a lot of stress like pre contest.
