  2. Considering STEROID CYCLE - Now I can deadlift max 300 Lbs

Dude, you don't have bad testosterone, you have a bad attitude. You're convinced you can't get strong. That's a weak mindset. The body is controlled by the mind. This is a passion of discipline and you don't have any. All that would be accomplished in 5 years is learning how this stuff...
  3. Considering STEROID CYCLE - Now I can deadlift max 300 Lbs

Yes, but I've gone through many periods feeling fatigued and went through the work and research to fix it. I haven't always felt great. I've had times I lost mass before learning to cut properly, and hell, I'm still learning that one. I had times I was eating too much simple carbs, not enough...
  4. Form vs weight

I like to do both as I believe it helps muscle confusion. If I find I've been just going balls to the wall for a few sessions I slow down and focus on mind muscle. If I find I'm becoming a form Nazi, it's nice to just go apesht once in a while.
  5. Considering STEROID CYCLE - Now I can deadlift max 300 Lbs

Oh, and that above post was tough love, but really, I know dudes cycling and still weak, so you just need to keep learning and working. As someone else said, it takes about 5 years to really start looking like a lifter. You don't just lift for a year and get huge. Hell, my bro is benching...
  6. Considering STEROID CYCLE - Now I can deadlift max 300 Lbs

Dude, you have a huge amount to learn. You are a novice in this game and even if you end up deciding to use steroids, you need to learn much more before you do. And you will still need to work out. You say how am I gaining fat if my diet is bad? Yes, that's a sign you don't have your diet...
  7. Considering STEROID CYCLE - Now I can deadlift max 300 Lbs

6-7 months of training is nothing. In that time you've experienced some gains. It takes time.to build muscle naturally. The only way to find out what your body is capable.of is to test it. Have you spent time learning about diet and nutrition? Anyone can get strong. Whether you can deadlift...
  8. Intermittent fasting 16/8 on a 5 day on 2 day off schedule?

Do you think if one eats a large meal balanced with protien, fiber and complex carbs it would spike insulin much more than a small meal of the same nutritional profile? That's something worth thinking about(that sounds condescending, It's making ME think). I also will agree that fasting can...
  9. Intermittent fasting 16/8 on a 5 day on 2 day off schedule?

One of the biggest draws to fasting are the assumed hormonal benefits. Spiking insulin several times a day vs once is supposed to allow the body to produce maximal t and HGH by keeping insulin low for long periods. I think it works based on my experience, but I haven't gotten my numbers...
  10. Lean up?

Dude, when do you sleep? Sleep is important for keeping your body regulated.
  11. Need a quick physique critique

Looking good. Great improvement from last year. What are your goals for your physique? I'd say youve leaned out very nicely and just need to keep hitting the weights. Can't see back or legs, but in general, it seems like you had a very successful cut and can focus on putting on muscle.
  12. No fat increase from excess protein even in caloric surplus???

From what I've read in the past, protien cannot be stored as fat and therefore if the excess calories are from protein, you won't gain any fat. If ones carbs and fats are already being used up, adding more protien could only make the person burn more calories if they could use more protien in...
  13. What's everyone's EDC?

    Nu uh. My calibers cooler.[emoji1]
  14. What's everyone's EDC?

I prefer 9mms. 500mag takes too long to reset, plus thats gunna be goin through all type of walls. I got a sig saur p226 and an s&w sigma, both 9s. Ammo is cheap, and fits both guns so no chance of loading the wrong cal.
  15. Deadlifts and slamming

My bro is lethal at the leg press machine. I'll be coming back from the water fountain while he's on his way and he'll be like "might wanna give a little more rest before your next set".
  16. Bench press reps

Way to go, that's some major work right there!
  17. Deadlifts and slamming

I'm totally anti polygon plates now.
  18. Deadlifts and slamming

Aahh, I see. I hate those kind of plates for anything not on a rack. They don't bounce into me, bit they're a pain in the rear cuz it takes extra time to reset every rep. Sorry y'all don't have any regular round plates. Even if they DONT bounce they are a pain? And why are gyms using those...
  19. Deadlifts and slamming

How high are you dropping the bar from? Also, when I "drop" the bar, I'm still holding and controlling it, just not pulling against gravity.
  20. Deadlifts and slamming

I just make sure I'm not slamming them. If I'm going heavy, I'm not spending time bringing it down slow. Especially when I get towards the lower quarter rep, I just let it fall from there and reset. When going light, I do slow controlled reps and try to keep it quiet.
