Great updates and crazy strength as usual... I actually prefer AM lifting, don't like midday or evening lifting... Feel weaker, crazy right? I ran 4 caps per day and it was perfect, I did find by week 4 that I started to get a little lethargy but its expected.
Great sessions man! I'm doing dead lifts today and you've inspired me to go heavy haha, think some heavy band work today... I wish we had more variety of oreos here, we got like 3-4 flavours
Great updates man... Jesus Christ your HUGE! What a beast! Your deads are crazy too, I'm working hard on mine this year... Plan to pull 550-560 by September at 175lb... End goal is 600 by next Christmas (2017)
I remember around November last year I contracted bird flu... No idea how but it put me out for over a month, it was horrific, to make it worse as I had the flue I also got a bacterial lung infection so I was out for the count!
Use straps, unless your going to compete in powerlifting, you won't really need gorilla grip strength. I train in powerlifting and my grip is strong even though I normally use straps for 70+% of heavy lifts
I know a few people who order from the UK, its always fine. Its actually nice to live in the UK for once as the whole prohornone ban crippled you guys.
I can only speak from own experience, others and this bloodwork that I found online after someone ran RAD140.
