Locally we have Juggernaut training system, Kratos and few people from the powerlifting community. Hanging out with the likes keeps me updated and informed with certain programming.
With these types of protocol for eca stack it's a bit much to go past a month straight. I myself had been running eca for a few years now but only once a year for a good 8-10 weeks. My dose is only one 25 mg preworkout. Stacked with forskolin ?
I use it once a year so I can go 8-12 weeks on it. I love it as a preworkout. A true way of using it will be a 2-3 split type dosing. Just make sure your total caffeine 8ntske don't go too high like I mentioned before.
It's a strong stimulant with a very synergistic combo. Best way to get familiarized with its potency is to start at half dose of about 12.5mg ephedrine then bump to 20-25mg when sides aren't present. Just control you daily caffeine intake. I don't recommend going over 300mg myself but seen other...
Second that. I actually read the whole thread and his answers tell us he doesn't know half the supps that's popular here on AM. Cannot go wrong with increased calorie intake with a basic creatine supplement then load up on beta-alanine daily you're gtg.
I'm still on my first bottle of mtest around week 3 now. Amazing results on pct so far. Stacking this on top of xgels starting this week an I'm still hitting PRs. Can't wait til both are in full swing. Excited for the gains before hitting my summer shred ?
ECA and f95 is the way to go for me man. Tried and tested, if that doesn't work then something else is wrong with the diet tbh. You can probably throw some yohimbe in the mix if you can handle that, personally I can't do that part.
I have tried both as a stand alone. The newer version with cistamax treats me the best so far. Voting for ABE on this one. Alpha max was good too though but ABE edged it out as a stand alone for me.
I always stacked ArA and ABE when I have both in hand. With the recent deals from Nutriverse though I went with a more cost effective route. Mtest stack with epiplex and ArA.
Beat my incline press PRs using DBs. I'd say it's a very potent stack for strength. My weight is at my natty limit so...
Ehh.. I have adverse sides from it so I'm very careful at picking out my preworkouts. With that said I wish companies would set it aside like "animal test" and OLs bloodshed
Just like a few mentioned here I load up on calories (mostly carbs) the night before. Then once again for breakfast 1-2hrs preworkout. Biggest factor for my performance is still total calorie the day before and SLEEP. I can't stress enough how much sleep affects my strength levels.
Your bloods are not bad. Slightly elevated enzymes but that's still nothing to worry about given you also came from an oral cycle I'd consider that really good tbh. Lol
E2 is high but that's like a week or two of formestane or low dose aromasin and that would drop to normal almost right away.
It's stable at room temp suspended in water for months. 5mg/day huh? That's the lowest dose I've heard of. I saw your recent post, the source is great. Purity wise it's the best I've seen so far.
If it's high most likely you have bunk products. I've taken mk677 for months and my liver enzyme is normal. Lowest it's ever been. I have a full panel of tests I keep for the past decade
