just 3 pills gets me going. Im a server at applebees and pop 3 caps before my shift to be extra functional! Thats exactly what Im running it at. One breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazing hardening effect. I stack it with eh Super 1 because em shredding down and I am so far down 3% body fat and up 3 lbs of muscle.I am also in a caloric deficit- Demination

. If you sweet after application it will stain clothes. I used a hair dryer but that only helps for that moment you apply. I never worried much about it because I wear dark colors anyway- Demination
