    Is this still best taken mid morning and early afternoon? OG I did 10am and 2pm I'm taking Lean Edge a non stim fat burner and Reduce XT a cortisol reducer upon waking. Trying to find best timing. I also have 3/4 bottle of Brite caps left...sad they are almost gone
