    I'd drop the test back to 400 and replace the removed test with 600mg of EQ if you wanna see some definition. 1gram of test with some treat is abloaty cycle forsure

    A lot of people find wrist straight with hands against the bar allows you to keep the upper back tighter compred to hands wrapped aroind the bar and wrists bent. Lowering the bar down your back an inch may make it easier to move weight. But nothing wrong with high bar.

    Squat looks decent. Maybe a video of a weight that was more difficult for u to perform would be better. 75% of your max for a set of 5. Are your hand s wrapped around the bar? The bar is up high correct?

    Brother, test prop and winny should be so good u don't even consider throwing in a SARM. I'd be patient and bump up the test and winny before I'd add an inferior drug.

    Poverty rates and obesity go hand in hand. I'm not sure somebody can be poor and obese. We have a privelaged view on poverty.

    Not in Cali. A lot of people bitch about Trump. But a lot of people are working again. Decent jobs too. I feel like heavy drinking isn't even really popular in the US. Opiates are much more of a problem.
