    Eliminate alcohol completely! Working out(fitness) and alcohol do not belong together. I haven't had a drop in 4 years and yes I get crazy cravings. Get some phenibut or kratom instead. Phenibut will have you feeling like you had a couple drinks... Works on the same receptors
