    Yea depends on what you want and your stats. In the beginning i highly recommend a 500-1000 calorie surplus if your light. If someone wants to be thinner i recommend eating maintenance. If someone is obese i recommend 500 calories bellow.

    So 2 months to gain approximately 40lbs on your squat, being that you got 300 for 3 im sure youll get 335 for one in 2 months. Definitely add in a supplement to help your strength and recovery!

    Not sure how to answer that, I've been lifting for 6 years(not strictly the whole way). Exercise form is pretty well. Not the strongest but i feel more physically stable/balanced.

    Lol seems like a obsessive way to subtract calories, its definitely easier to just eat less. I remember whrn i drank protein drinks that id add coconut oil for its texture and flavoring.

    Exactly, progress is best! I never liked rack pulls, id prefer weighted hyperextentions, i tried hyperextentions with a BB and it was awkward but something to try imo.

    Im sure subconsciously soneone would choose a gym they lift more in then another. It would be hilarious to hear someone say what you just typed lol. The last gym i was in was huge and is all over the US. It is surrounded more for the upper class so i wouldnt doubt they'd lighten up the weights...
