    I’ll do that after this cycle. Excited to see what’s underneath after the cut. But as you said, it’s more likely the surgery route if i really want it gone. I passed the insecurity a long time ago, I’d just like to look better at this point.

    I have nolva and tamoxifen right now. I’m not 100% sure what class Ralox falls into, but whichever it is, would either of these suffice? Don’t know if it’s an AI or a SERM to clarify
