    Glucosamine/chondroitin are more for cartilage and bone. Sounds like you have more tendon/ligament issues. First choice would be sns cissus, then imo pepti-plex or pepti-bolic. Add in basis, or sns joint support for extra coverage.

Bjj burns a TON of calories, it's more cardio-intensive than strength, and it's hard on the body, so IMO if you address cardio and recovery you'll be able to train harder...
