Never heard of it before so I just looked it up. Looks like a pretty potent pre.
I like the caffeine dosage of 275mg. A lot of those 'mega dose' pre-workouts with 400mg caffeine just make me sick.
200-300mg is the sweet spot for me.

Not really. If anything, it's just one less decision to make. Besides the portion sizes, I eat pretty much the same food every day 365 days a year.

I have never tried GAIA yet but most greens powders have a sort of weird 'greeny' taste to them. It's not terrible or anything like that but you can defiantly tell it's a greens drink.
Im curious to see how GAIA tastes after reading that.
So far I've been taking it M-F. I defiantly notice a difference on the days I don't take it.
Not near the same focus and concentration when doing my school work.
