    A preworkout better than caffiene?

Synedrex contains... basically average pre-workout stuff, also what appears to be a... possibly-misspelled and undisclosed amount of thyroid hormone? Shady.

24 hour protein only fast. (APD question)

Googled it? I'm not actually reading this, I'm just copy/pasting. A preworkout better than caffiene?

I swear I recall reading that 600mg is optimal for athletic output... I wouldn't bother with more. Either add in different stims or other chemicals that enhance the caffeine.

    Favorite Song While Lifting

Oh man, didn't even see Alterbridge on here. I remember buying that album in PA the day it came out and listening to it in the car on repeat with my guitarist until we got to the bassist's house in MD to cover the whole damn thing off the cuff that night. And I almost recommended Spitfire by...

    Gym in OC maryland

I drove through there Friday, was fooled by the Gold Coast Gym sign written in Gold's Gym gold font for a hot second.

    Favorite Song While Lifting

I stopped bringing my mp3 player to the gym a while back and have since pulled off PRs to Justin Bieber and other nonsense. I took too much Ferox and roared "THIS IS MY JAM!" when "Let It Go" came on half way through a 500lb deadlift. All the same, here's some favorites: Invalid Link Removed...

Deadlifts, Farmers, Heavy Shrugs, Cleans, Snatch-grip anything. What are we calling a heavy shrug here? If you can shrug 3x/week, there's no way it's heavy enough.

    Thyroid Supplements

Your profile says you're 255lbs, meaning 8 caps of Claw a day, and we'll assume the max dose of TT-33 at 4 caps a day. To compare only the apples: That's 200 mcg 3,5 Diiodo L Thyronine and 1000 mcg B12 in TT-33. That's 2700 mcg 3,5 Diiodo L Thyronine and 700 mcg B12 in Claw. 1 cap of Claw...

    Inflicting Chaos&Pain - Claw & Inferno - Double S

Subbed. Gotta wonder how this could cause bloating. Wonder if you're mildly allergic to bioperine?

    Adipower shoes for powerlifts?

Some guys like it - I gather it's a matter of preference in training style. I remember reading (though damned if I could find where) that Paul Carter would go right from squats to deadlifts without changing out of his oly shoes because he just couldn't be bothered. Said it made it a more...

    Adipower shoes for powerlifts?

In competition? Yeah. In the gym? Nope. It actually makes it a slight deficit deadlift, which should improve your power off the ground eventually. Matter of preference, really.

    horror films

Most entertaining one in recent memory was Cabin In The Woods. I have a soft spot for ultra low budget stuff. The Host and Pontypool were both good.

    Adipower shoes for powerlifts?

Oly shoes are ballin' for squats. I wish someone gave me a pair. They'll help put pounds on your back squat, front squat, clean, snatch, maybe even push presses.
