Mine has not arrived yet. It’s okay. I’m hoping to start it sometime next week anyway. I’m in a very specific calorie deficit for personal reasons and would like to be at a much higher calorie intake when starting Testurrection. Have a great weekend!
Week 2 complete: 4 PR’s
- Today was deadlift
- Last Friday I hurt my back and was not able to complete the training
- Today my back felt fine, but on the 4th rep I felt a slight pull and didn’t try and push any more reps

- Only supplements are: humapro, whey and fish oil
- Diet is in a deficit for the moment
- Protein is around 200 grams per day though.

Thanks for the update. We’re just messing around. I didn’t expect it by now. No hurry really. I’m going easy at the moment because I strained my lower back last Friday. It seems to be coming along though.
In as a 45 years old ecto that eats a pint of Ben & Jerrys before bed and wakes up 2-4 lbs lighter. Lots of extra calories and super-set training for me to add weight through the years. It still sticks to the belly and love handles as well.
