Crockpot is good. I prefer to grill all of my bulk meat. You can load up pounds and pounds of meat and cook it up in like 20 min :). Then, save and eat later.
Tip to assure micro intake, eat veggies and fruits by their colors utilizing the rainbow as a guide (think skittles). Don't stick to one fat, pro or carb source, consume dairy products if not intolerant and eat according to your intake. :)
