    Yea if you really shake this up in a shaker it can foam but as others stated it mixes easily so that's simply not necessary. I mix myn about 15 min before gym by the time I get in the gym its not foamy anymore and just give light shakes to keep it evenly mixed!

    We might look into the dessicant used or using more then 1, however as stated this is the first report of this issue in 2 years and its from an international customer. It would seem the storing of the product internationally may be the main issue here. Again, we are looking into all avenues.

    This confirms the previous explanation, the 'wetter' material has pulled moisture, expand ed to fill up the capsules more. The drier, fresher material has not pulled any water and has not expanded in the capsule. Its a pretty simple explanation to this issue.

    More moisture can lead to them being heavier and smelling more vs newer material that is more dry and could be lighter. I'm nearly 100% positive both units are fine, just one is brand new vs an older unit. Ill check the lot #s you send and have the work orders pulled.
