    I do this along with vitamin c and olive leaf everytime the rest of my house is sick and I have stayed healthy almost every single time colds and flu ran through my house. When I am occasionally sick I do the same and it definitely helps a quicker turn around to feeling better.

    Yeah 2 and 2. And to answer the other question, I also have had no noticeable changes to blood pressure. Purely anecdotal though as I don’t have any conditions that warrant monitoring it closely.

    SNS Lean Edge is a great non-stim option that is loaded and very reasonable $ wise. Although not directly fat burners, Inhibit E and Reduce XT (or suppress C) work wonders during a cutting phase too. Those are my go to.
