Sorry it was 2.4mg from what I recall. But I stand corrected. I forgot about the slowly increasing dosage protocol. So many people use this stuff that the manufacturers can't keep up with production. Pretty wild.
Most people are drawing with a larger gauge pin (22) and then swapping out for a smaller pin. You can get 29 and 30 gauge tips and not have to use an insulin syringe but most people will find a 25 or 27 gauge is perfect for injecting. You need to go deep and those slin pins are not long enough...
I fast and eat Keto. I eat two meals a day sometimes one meal. Usually 12 noon and around 5:30 p.m.... on the days I only have one meal it's around 5:30 p.m so I require a decent amount of protein powder daily, usually as protein sludge (in Greek yogurt) with my meals. I get easily 150+gm a day...
Haaa its true. Salad I don't mind (but nothing but lettuce and tons of meat and cheese haa) I also don't mind some nicely grilled asparagus with garlic etc. Other than that I drink them.
And you get a TON of veggies in a grr3ns drink, the one I use requires 11kg worth of fresh greens...
Soy, even mentioned in the study:

And if SNS was to price it like the competition prices their PA...
Correct and I no longer worry about that. I spoke to the company and they provided a very lengthy explanation so it all makes sense to me and no need to avoid whey around time of PA consumption ...plus the study was done in rats.
Also forgot to mention..it's good to take phosphatidic acid with things like leucine as well as vitamin d3. I tend to take it with an EAA powder and some vitamin D3.
Sweet formula!
PA is probably in my top 3 favorite supplements of all time .... it really is awesome. The strength gains are ridiculous.
Do yourself a favor buy a couple of bottles or that 4 pack deal because it will definitely be your best bang for the buck.
The reason why I say a couple of...
I don't do anything. But from what I've read online it seems the same supps you'd take for post concussion therapy are mentioned when talking about leaky brain treatment. I had a concussion 2.5 months ago and taking tons of stuff so that's why I'm familiar with supplement and nutrition post...
