    Today is day 15 feeling great morning wood since day 9 and sex about 3 times a day starting to notice extra pump after workouts starting weight was 219.4 sitting at 223.8 this morning

    I believe most gyno surgerys they cut the protruded gland and leave the gland itself so your chest dont sink in thats how they get gyno agian i would go in and have it all removed.
