Just out of curiosity is there a point of diminishing returns on some of these ingredients? I enjoy a lot of your products, but just curious if stacking multiples might just have some ingredients be so high they aren't any more effective. Specifically looking at Senactiv, Mitoburn, Caloriburn...
I have been taking Cholesterol Support XT for about 6 weeks. In that time frame my LDL went down about 5%. I'm adding in Cardiovascular Support and continuing to take Cholesterol support to see if I can bring it down more. My LDL is 123 and I'm 31 around 12% BF. Other bad is ApoB is 110 but good...
I tried placing an order probably 6 times with different cards. It keeps saying an error occurred please try again or try an alternate form of payment. I’ve tried 2 different cards.
Just wanted to follow up here.
After 6 weeks with cholesterol support xt my LDL is down from 131 to 123, Total cholesterol is down from 196 to 187. Unfortunately another variable is last time I was taking CoQ10 and this time I wasn't. So it possibly could have been better yet which I'll probably...
I've used all of the supplements you've mentioned and I like them all. The single best supplement I've used for muscle fullness is Alpha One so I'd consider that and maybe add to it.
It could be an electrolyte issue too. If you're eating super clean and training hard you might need more electrolytes with your water. You could even test it by putting some himalayan pink salt or sea salt in your water and drinking that. If you feel better in an hour that's probably what it is.
lol how could you possibly know? People got good results from their horse then came the Model T and now cars keep getting better. How could you know something else might not be 10x better? I’m not even saying it is, just responding to how adamant that it’s not after fully admitting that all...
I’m only about 10 days in. I also am taking recomp20 which I’ve done before. I’d say yesterday I started to notice better muscle fullness and maybe slight leaning but it’s still early. I’m probably 12-13% body fat and shooting for 10% with my 3 bottles.
@sns8778 this looks awesome. I’ve been taking Thorne Basic Nutrients 2/day. I just compared everything and yours looks better dosed and more extras overall. Couple of questions since you’re the expert.
-why no Vitamin K?
-what’s the difference between Albion and TRAACS which they use? Just a...
For me it's only my knees. The other thing that helps me is just making sure I'm moving in a good full range of motion everyday. I do deep bodyweight squats and lunges everyday. If I don't do that or lift for a week my knees hurt the next time I squat. SNS has a respected joint formula as well...
Personally fish oil and Turmeric/Curcumin helps me. There are some great joint products too, but I haven't needed those. I just need to knock down the inflammation a bit and I'm fine.
I think you’re on the right track so far. Losing some weight will definitely help. I started SNS cholesterol Support about 6 weeks ago. I’ll have follow up bloods in 10 days to see if it’s helped but it looks like a good formula.
As far as non stim fat burners I’d say SNS Lean Edge is probably...
CEL Mtest hits both of those as a good staple product. I believe CoQ10, L Carnitine, and a good Multi are all good for fertility too.
Muscle building I'd add in one or multiple of Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Alpha One, or Recomp20.
Following. I had a blood test done last fall with the same thing. All hormones were "normal" but SHBG was high. I'm 31 and take Mtest pretty regularly. I'm having a follow up done next month. I was about 14% BF, so far I got it down to 12% which I think could help. I also added a ZMA supplement...
