    Loose linen or cotton pants or shorts and a loose fitting short sleeved linen or cotton shirt with deck shoes is always a decent look IMO, its casual but still quite classy looking and most importantly will keep you cool and comfortable

    I can't speak to the quality of the actual protein itself, I'm no expert, but amazon's own brand Amfit has been great for me, i got 5lbs of vanilla for £26 and some change. The taste is great IMO, texture and mixing is good too. For me there was nothing to not like about it especially value...
