    THE FLASH IS BACK!!! I really liked this episode (even though I knew he was going to get locked up). But I am excited to see how and when they can get him out. Goldberg is the bad guy next week (I have a feeling he will be the head boss in prison). Just have to wait and see what happens now...

    Do you get annoyed by young kids at your gym?

    Recently (because of the Holiday Break) there have been some 20 somethings there. They ONLY do arms and shoulders, flex every set, and never do legs I was like "I WISH THEY WOULD GO AWAY" I am this grumpy old lifter, get out of my way I need to do things. New year, SAME ME lol
