    aint nothing wrong with 680mg of AmpC. one of my favourite pre workouts was 2x tabs of ampitropin (300mg caff, 600mg amp, 200mg pikatropin) mixed with a non-stim preworkout/pump product. The name of the product is pretty laugh worthy though lol
