    Protein intake

I definitely have a different perspective than the info above. A 1500 calorie surplus is wildly excessive, unless you are looking to gain 4-5 pounds per week and pack on a substantial amount of body fat. This might work for some, but this isn't the most sound advice for a relatively average...

    Protein?

Agreed 100%. The amino spiking was definitely annoying, but I see no difference in recovery or muscle gain with newer "advanced" protein supplements vs. the tried and true whey products. If your diet is on point, the small variables don't make much (if any) difference overall IMO.

    Where to find Ephedrine

Ephedrine is perfectly safe when dosed properly. Be sure you are drinking enough water, and don't exceed 3 tablets per day (75mg). Never take more than 25mg at a time, and split doses up 4-6 hours apart, and you will be fine. Compared to clen, Ephedrine is muuuuch much safer. Less sides, better...

    Help with fat burn stack

I would do EC with one of these options. Both Brite and Hypernova are topicals, so using both together would be overkill IMO

    Shredded af vs double time

I don't have experience with either, I know these are both relatively new to the market. Shredded AF looks like it has more stims, but both look like solid profiles. My only issue/concern with Double Time is the fact that it contains dandelion, which is commonly used as a diuretic. Using a...

Meal Plan to fit Macro/Calorie count

2800 sounds like a more reasonable starting point. There are some great online tools and nutrition programs to calculate macros for each meal you have listed above. I would highly recommend downloading MyFitnessPal to keep track of your daily calorie intake. You can also plan meals ahead to make...

    Where to find Ephedrine

If you're in the states, any walgreens, rite aid, cvs, or walmart will have it. Bronkaid or Primatene are the go-to's. I personally prefer Bronkaid. Ask for it at the pharmacy counter - they usually limit you to purchasing 2 boxes per month

    Appetite suppressent

Caffeine would be the safest every day stimulant IMO. But even with caffeine and stims, its best to cycle off to make sure they stay effective. Your body adapts to long term use of stimulants, and you will begin to need more to feel the same effect. I would also check out FitMax if you are in...

    stimulant tolerance while in ketosis

I never noticed ephedrine having a greater effect from a stim perspective, but definitely yohimbine and alpha-y. Everything (thermogenics, cardio, more sleep, etc.) seems to speed fat loss results for me while in ketosis though

    Help with fat burn stack

Hypernova or Eviscerate are both great topical choices. You can't go wrong with EC, and if you struggle with appetite I would highly recommend FitMax. I always get hungry while dieting, and FitMax is always a great mid-afternoon boost that kills appetite when I need it to. Orange Mango is delcious

Just finished 2 months of M-Test and Epi-Plex, what next

ArA + Alphamax is a great stack. I've stacked the two several times with great results. You could try ArA + MassMax instead - never done it personally but I would imagine this would deliver some strength/size with crazy pumps. I agree with Infiknite with the inflammation from ArA. The DOMS and...

Is there any reason to avoid BHT?

I wouldn't worry about it at all. As long as the triscuits fit your macros, you should be fine. BHT and preservatives will not have any impacts on the laws of thermodynamics relating to calories in vs. calories out

Im looking for an intense pre-workout without Yohimbine!!

I would highly recommend trying StimMax - packed full of top quality ingredients including 2g Choline Bitartrate (for focus/altertness), 250mg Dynamine (nootropic ingredient for focus/energy), 30mg Noopept, and more. StimMax will definitely get you moving in high gear at 4:30am, and it'll get...

    Libido after Xgels and alphamax

Sorry to hear about the injury. Has the shoulder injury been preventing you from lifting all together? If so, how long have you been out of the gym? I don't think 4 weeks of Alphamax would have such drastic effects on your libido. I've experienced mild changes in libido when coming off of...

Just finished 2 months of M-Test and Epi-Plex, what next

If you plan to continue with another natural anabolic, it would be best to give yourself a 4-6 week break. It also depends on your goals moving forward. For bulking - ArA would be a solid option, and you could jump right into a 50 day cycle of it. Since ArA isn't hormonal, there is no need to...

True Shred and Top Muscle stack

I think Dermacrine + True Shred would be better than True Muscle + True Shred, but Dermacrine would still be better in a bulk or lean bulk scenario IMO. Regarding your questions with T2, I'm not too studied on this subject but I wouldn't be overly concerned with it negatively impacting your...

Sup3r PCT as just a test booster

If you like the profile of Super PCT, go for it. It has a solid profile with some good test boosting ingredients, so it couldn't hurt. I do agree that there are other natural anabolics that are designed more for standalone use (Alphamax, M-Test, etc.), but if you like the ingredient profile of...

True Shred and Top Muscle stack

Evomuse doesn't disappoint. Just read up on it - looks solid. My only suggestion would be to wait on using Top Muscle until your goal is on muscle gain. I would commit the next 2 months to cutting and using True Shred, and hold off on stacking it with Top Muscle. The formula looks like it would...

    MyFitnessPal app question

I would recommend that you don't track cardio or activity in MFP. Set your calories and stay consistent with your numbers. Adding in activity and cardio screws everything up and makes it hard to be consistent. It's easier to set one number and focus on that as your daily target to hit. I see...

    Help!!!

Solid advice and info in here. My one additional comment would be to work on changing your mindset about your habits. At first, I hated vegetables, and to be honest I don't think anyone enjoys cardio; but they are components of a healthy lifestyle. The more you incorporate the good things that...
