    Like him or not, Andrew Huberman prescribes to rucking. Never done it myself. For my cardio, I mostly enjoy road cycling in the warmer months and HIIT when there's snow.

    The whole family gets bars! Second time buying some. Caramel mybars are really good. Kids love the Kind and Good To Go bars. Hoping the Redcon1 bars are decent. Off course I was a sucker for the Red, White & Boom price. Invalid Link Removed

    Same! They used to have solid white shaker cups and you couldn't see where you were filling to. The new ones are transparent and you can see how much liquid you have it in.

    I keep saying I'm gonna try Recomp20. Now it's a definite! I'm always amazed with how easily I lose definition in my stomach once I stop starving myself after a cut. Although I probably have unreal expectations on how body looks once I eat at maintenance or slightly above.

    I had high hopes for the Isopure Plant Protein after smelling it. It had a decently strong rich chocolate almost dark chocolate smell. Well, it tasted like that but very bland. One good thing is they masked the dirt taste fairly well.

    Every whey protein powder tastes awesome after using plant protein! PES is the only higher end protein powder I've used (I liked all of their flavors). I guess I'd be blown away with what's out there now.

    Best tasting protein powder

    PES Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup for a pure Reese's Pieces flavor (can't go wrong with any of their flavors) Iso100 Fruity Pebbles - I was blown away by how much it tastes like Fruity Pebbles I don't have much experience with premium protein powders tbh.

    Yikes, the Gaspari Vegan Protein is not good at all - very bland and not much chocolate flavor. It is sweetened with stevia so that probably contributes to it. I'll circle back on the Isopure after I get through the first tub of Gaspari.
