    I started at 500mcg and have worked my way up to 1500mcg. I do 500mcg in the AM and 1000mcg in the early afternoon. I don’t think I’ll go any higher than that.

    It’s honestly turning out to be pretty great! I’ve been using it for 6 weeks and have lost 5 lbs with very little diet change, I’ve also noticed a slight improvement in cardio endurance/HIT. I didn’t think the price was to bad I got mine from MA research.
