    Absolutely agree with this. Today I did 112mg topical and 100mg oral pre workout. I had a ton of feel good energy, no aggression just endless clean energy/motivation. This also provided an amazing pump and it lasted quite long after my workout.

    I used 2 bottles of this, when applying I would squirt it directly on the muscle I was working that day and gently spread it out using 1 finger. This seemed to work fine for me and the product was very effective.
