Nolvadex is a SERM, it doesn’t do anything for Estrogen, it will block the receptor in the breast tissue helping prevent gyno. In addition it will help restart the hpta in pct. most dose a serm ED.
I believe you are confusing the serm with an Aromatase inhibitor such as arimidex. These will...
Not a long term fix but CEL cycle assist keeps mine in check nicely.
Also don’t underestimate proper hydration. This includes electrolytes including sodium.
Oh yeah I’m stoked don’t get me wrong I just wanted some reassurance that is somewhat normal for trt. Still trying to get it all dialed in but I’m 27 and already feel a ton better. I couldn’t imagine going on like that until 40 lol
Yeah I was roughly 18% according to caliper measurements. Now I’m 10% according to it so 8% at 230lbs 18.4lbs which is about right I’d say. The body fat is still balancing out though because I have veins in my quads, calves, arms, shoulders and chest a little but barely have abs
No everything was great and I felt amazing. Still do just thought the weight loss was odd though it stopped at about 205.
Strength went up after starting trt and I’m still stronger than before but my deadlift has taken a big hit since losing weight but that’s to be expected with weight loss...
Look up Stan Efferdings Vertical Diet. His diet plan is a lot of what jrock is talking about. I implemented it a few months ago and have lost 3” on my waist without adding more exercise or lowering calories. Simply putting a focus on micros and iodine.
Have you run this cycle with a dirty bulk like this before? If so what were your results?

So over the last 6-8 weeks I’ve lost nearly 30 lbs without trying at all. Ate a crap diet, wasn’t able to lift consistent and yet lost 2.5” on my waist.
My question is has anyone else had a similar experience after starting trt? I’m about 10 months into the journey. I’m finding my maintenance...
Provided you live a healthy lifestyle (little to no drinking, drugs, not obese, etc) I would absolutely recommend it. I got on at 26 and I don’t regret it one bit. I feel so much better. If so go the trt route be patient. It’s taken me about 8 months to get everything balanced.
Final Review
On a scale of 1-10 I will be rating the DMZ as compared to the other research chemicals we have tested. 1 being a complete disappointment and and 10 bring the best possible outcome expected.
Muscle gain- 7- we were expecting a larger amount of muscle gain but this was due to 2...
