So in SA we dont have gallon jugs our max is 2liter, so this tard comes into gym with a 2l of protein shake grabs 2 weights one being 4kg and one being 6kg and proceeds to curl away... Takes a break, grabs the protein shake and takes a glug and leaves his gorgeous choclate moustache... Like...- buff.girl
