    Thanks guys... So Decim8 is pretty weak for the most part I guess... Oh well. Tried Glaxon's Specimen V2 YoYo... Not extremely hard hitting, kind of smooth but focus wears off after a few uses at a scoop each. Got bad anxiety and an overall irritated mood for a solid week after.

    So I'm currently sipping GAT Sport's Flexx EAA's for intra... for post I'm doing whole milk mixed w Ghost's Chips Ahoy whey iso, and I add a rounded scoop (5g's) of ON's Micronized creatine powder in there... Then I usually have a good dinner an hour after.
