    Thanks for the first bit about anabolics... didn’t quite understand that. And agree with you on the second bit... I had some ice cream snacks last night (hadn’t had ice cream in a few weeks so I kind of splurged) so I’ll remove junk from my diet today and measure after breakfast lunch and dinner.
