I haven't messed around much with ChatGPT... but so far Grok has been decent at churning out some basic supp info.
using Curcousin for example:
CurCousin is a branded nutritional ingredient developed by Sabinsa Corporation, containing 99% pure Calebin-A, a curcumin analog naturally found in...
Yea, IMO it's kind of a hard thing to describe especially through a Russian/English translation haha but I feel like when I'm on Uro-B, for example, if I flexed my bicep and took a finger and touched the muscle it actually feels harder. Fun ingredient.
Added bonus that it's likely a great...
I've used a lot of Uro-B at 300mg/day... for lack of a better phrase, it's always made my muscles feel 'dense'. Not a blood pump/carb fullness pump, but like my muscles actually felt harder haha. Paired with Alpha One is fun, but I find that to be almost more of a nitrate-ish pump.

Dumb bitch found out ICE showed up to make an arrest, so she sent the agents away to talk to the Chief Justice while she snuck the person out the back through the jury rooms.
FAFO.
Ursa Gel = ~70mg per mL, so 280mg per 4 pumps
UrsaBolic = 150mg per cap, so 450 per 3 caps
Purely anecdotal, but 1 cap of UrsaBolic 'feels' similar to 2 pumps of the gel at least to me.
