    I think 100mg each is a good place to start and adjust from there. Most products on the market went above this dosage, Kraken was 250mg eria/200 dmha for example. If you used a product in the past with this combo and you enjoyed it would say try and replicate the dosages they used.

    I am still using a bulk bag of DMAA that expired in like 2014, been stored in the freezer the whole time and still hits me hard AF. Unless it is really old I wouldn't think potency should have dropped all that much.

    Total Energy and Focus blend is 708mg. They disclosed caffeine at 300mg, and L-Tyrosine is listed before caffeine on the label (meaning ingredient weight is the same or greater than 300mg) so lets just assume that is 300mg also. So we are 600mg between the first 2 ingredients in the blend...
