Yep, I follow a bit of the same indeed. I don't gun for the 25% because I get quite starving by 1PM so I end up eating about 30 - 40%, and then just skip my "preworkout" meal and have a handful of peanuts instead.
I do, although, load up big time on my last meal(s) - if you count the...
There are plenty of people who do have abs to show and don't work them out frequently. And it's a combination, but just working your abs hard won't make them pop. Eating right and getting to low bodyfat is what will.
Well, then you didn't quite start LG, you started "an intermittent fasting" diet. Because LG does have the focus on eating the most after your workout exactly because of replenishing your body caloric needs after intense exercise.
But that is the diet's premise. Nothing wrong with choosing a...
Just trying to figure out as I already have the bottle of ABE, just sitting there. But also do have 2 bottles of Forsk also sitting there and one of ABOG.
Also, trying to steer away from Cortisol control in the morning and only kickstart that close to my workout time, so I may look into adding...
True. I did once to get an idea of how much fat would come out of one of those standard boxed burger patties from Sam's club; weighted before, cooked on the grill, weighted after and then checked for the fat content on my george foreman. Most of the fat did come out, it ended up being about a...
Fats and Protein are the predominant nutrients on any day that you are not training. And carbs shouldn't be added until close to workout period, which means in your first meal they should be close to null.

Breakfast is no more for me, unless I'm on vacation and they have that delicious breakfast buffet... then I workout in the...
Well, true to an extent. Unless you're in the lower range of the spectrum when it comes to bodyfat (i.e. 13% or lower) no matter how big your abs are or how much you have exercised them, they are still not going to show.
I would not, under any circumstances, drop a post workout meal... that's when most of the nutrients will come from in regards to adding to your lean body mass and therefore build muscles. Not to mention it's when your body is the least likely to add any fat.

Not to mention the random beating that the poor dead horse gets with indirect and passive blows to anyone who won't agree that the old style BB diet is the way to go. Or the introduction of Steroids as a form of disqualification of other diets.
I personally don't like taking AB while I'm fasted as it increases hunger a whole lot, I leave it for later on when I make my first meal.
Although I could see the advantage as you are working out; perhaps if you are having your first meal right after?
