Best supplement for Muscle Recovery? Training for Marathon

Well, yes, Creatine is supposed to help you retain water, which is the part of the creatine I do not want. I want the ATP and I feel the difference on that last rep at the gym when taking ester (which I also felt with mono, but with the added effect aforementioned, hence why the switch. )

Best supplement for Muscle Recovery? Training for Marathon

I'm just going by personal experience... I tried both, used to be a mono supporter, but always bloated. Switched to the ester version of it and I continue lean (keep in mind that was my only change. Diet, training and other supp remained a constant) so I guess it just works differently on...

WHY IS MY TUMMY LIKE THIS? (pic)

I would suggest adding some good and healthy weight training to help get rid of those. By adding some muscle throughout your body your composition may improve; read, back muscles can stretch that skin back, arms and shoulders will give you a more "toned" look and deviate from your concern...

    Cooked ground beef macros

Man, I welcome the fat on those, I wish my George Foreman wouldn't get rid of so much fat :(

Best supplement for Muscle Recovery? Training for Marathon

I go with Ethyl E Creatine as Mono bloats me up good. I guess I could try to increase my Beta Alanine intake. Not particularly looking for a "pre-workout" as I already have my mix and don't like how the majority utilizes C Mono.

Best supplement for Muscle Recovery? Training for Marathon

Plain and simple... What are the better ones out there? Any all in one? I take Joint Support, Beta Alamine, Fish Oil and Cissus, but none of them are really for muscle soreness. I've been training for a marathon (I tore my bicep so I can't quite work out my upper body, so figured I would...

    Sugar for carbs?

I've started adding Sienna Bakery Cookies too, from GFS. Delicious and 120 calories each cookie, adds up well into the calories since you can easily eat several of them. Use them in my carb backloading.

    Glycogen question

If given the option, I would bulk up majority of your carbs for post workout, but that's just me.

    Life Support healthy for Women?

I checked them both actually, and chose the life support basically... because of the name. Yep. Reason being, I am buying this for my mother, who has had some cholesterol issues and I'm trying to help her lower it. I take it myself (kinda cycle between the two, whatever is on sale) and my...

How do i build massive thick/wide shoulders like brock lesnar

... workout your shoulders? Plenty of exercises to choose from, but yeah, lots of roids. I personally do eat less on off days so that way I can eat more on the days I workout and have more calories to be absorbed right after training.

    LeanGains Intermittant fasting

    Life Support healthy for Women?

Hey, Was wondering if there is anything in Life support that has anything to do with Testosterone production or if it will be bad for women overall, or if it is safe for them to take it to help cholesterol and blood pressure control.

    Insulin spike to add mass

If you haven't started insulin production throughout your day (i.e. no carbs till after your workout), I really fail to see how tossing in an insulin spike (e.g. dextrose) after workout is "broscience", seeing that up until that point you were most likely highly "catabolic" with cortisol in your...

The Lean Gains / IF learning and Discussion Log

Carb backloading suggests the possibility of an insulin spike with taking those during the fasted state if not mistaken, and also kinda tosses away any plausible issues that may arise from going without it, so I just skip it.

    LeanGains Intermittant fasting

If you're going to be taking all those calories before going to bed, I would suggest checking out carb backloading. Basically, my suggestion would be to steer away from slow digesting carbs at that time of the night, focus on the simple, fast absorbing carbs if you're going to be eating that...

    Sugar for carbs?

Or he could have a very high metabolism and be an extreme hard gainer. I would personally side with something else other than sugars, since they will make your insulin go all over the place. Nuts? Natty PB? Almond Oil? I find nuts to be the easiest since a handful of them is already a good...

    Help with Clenbuterol

Yes, I would suggest starting with 15mg to start with and then moving your way up the ladder as you see how you react to it. Some people will shake it like a polaroid picture with just 20mg a day so you better off experimenting with your limits. And to answer your other question; yes, I would...
