Eating 6 meals per day; not quite Broscience

Well, it's not about debunking to fit their opinion, it's all about seeing whether or not there are holes in it. There have been some studies that show fasting is good, and there weren't many flaws in it. There have been studies with how many meals can affect you a day, etc. All in all, unless...

Need something to take for anxiety.

I've been taking phenibut and it has helped me lower my Clonazepam dosage, haven't tried the others mentioned yet, though, may give it a shot. Valerian Root was pretty useless to me.

    Soylent

Yeah, I'm not buying this specific product, but the concept seems "helpful". It would be nice if there was a way to get exactly what you need as far as nutrients go in a day without having to actually count, weight, measure, etc, especially during a cut for instance. You eat this "crap" for 5...

Need something to take for anxiety.

I was prescribed with Clonazepam, the Lorazepam's powerlifter cousin, and it does not give me any sleepiness at all, taking .5mg at a time. Granted, my anxiety disorder is not a low one, I have to take it every day, 2x a day. Didn't know anything about this memory loss thing, will have to...

    Soylent

Just saw this... And, wow, is the only thing that comes to mind. It just sounds absolutely complete and utter crap. Like an MRE for "everybody" that would hit the nutritional needs of everyone. Anyone's got any opinions on this? Seems like it would be great to have a diet dialed down to...

Need something to take for anxiety.

As far as natural supps, I take Phenibut and it has been helping me out a lot with anxiety attacks. I am prescribed Clonazepam daily and the Phenibut helped me being able to lower the dosage on the aforementioned. But Clonazepam is a good choice as well as Xanax.

60 seconds or less between sets increases your testosterone

Well, I do DC training so if I get 10 seconds between reps that's all I need. Noticed good gains, so can't quite comment negatively.

Best supplement for Muscle Recovery? Training for Marathon

I got the Vibrams for inside and they work perfectly to avoid those type of injuries. For the outside I'm looking at soles exactly because I don't want to get the shoes; the latest one I looked at was a quick $300 and that is just not within the budget right now. Will start taking some anti...

Best supplement for Muscle Recovery? Training for Marathon

I'm going to have to look into investing in some soles I believe... I do have a heating pad / massager at work that I keep at my calves the entire day to ease with the split and calve pain and all. Are Dr. Scholls any good? Also just purchased a new pair of running shoes; I use the vibrams at...

Lemon drop, let's see how it handles. I'm figuring I'll use it pre cardio exercise as it is what usually takes the most out of me in terms of recovery.
