    I read a article and heard gossip about the 1st hr being in a anabolic state and anything after that is catabolic. Not sure if there is any real proof behind that.

    Is a 2 hour workout too much? If focus is placed on 2 major groups for the 2 hours is that overkill? I understand that some spend 2 hours or more bc of chit chat and selfies, but how long is a solid workout and before it starts becoming detrimental to your muscles?

    Sour gummy bear tastes like a flintstone vitamin, but effectivness is what i look for not sum sweet candy flavor. And dust sure delivers!! Best PWO in my opinion

    Ok, got my sour gummy bear dust extreme in. Taste is terrible, nothing sour about it and tastes like a flintstone vitamin. Pump, focus though were off the charts for me, super good workout today, completly killed it at the gym. Gotta say i like this alot! Little more than mesomorph.

    Ok on this cycle i started with primeval labs 1 and quad andro. Looking to get something more intense. Currently 5'6 10% bf and 155. Wanting to stay same bf but pack more lean muscle taking in about 3000 calories consisting of a mainly keto diet
