I for one am being encouraged by this thread. Encouraged to jump on a cycle because i got all these "nattys" passing me up. Lol
Just kidding, i would be jumping on a cycle anyways ;)
I totally agree here. While i do believe that some mentally ill people will believe that they were born the wrong sex and want to change. But i find it very hard to believe with how widespread it is that all these people really believe that and how acceptance of it is shoved down peoples throats...
Im not reading all the way through this thread bc i dont agree with the way the world accepts this now but i read your comment and it reminded me. There was a man who transitioned to being a woman and was competing against women in mma and was knocking girls out left and right. Messed up. Fallon...
Yeah same here lol. Cant wait for the day where im caught up and can pursue things. I got so many projects i want to work on but no time and not enough $$$ with 4 kids running around going to school full time not making much money at the time.
I did run lgd once before but it was thrown in with the dmz, m1a and msten so idk what it really did for me lol. The lgd definitely wasnt the workhorse in that stack
Yeah its good stuff. First time i ran it i was dumbfounded at the results and thought to myself "How is this stuff still legal? The government always takes the stuff that works" lol
I can understand the appeal of wanting to lose 100lbs but at some point you gotta look at where you're at and how far away it is and see if its a realistic goal or not. You can get there, i have no doubt in that, its just the question of healthy it is to keep going down at some point.
I only ask because last i seen you were somewhere around 200lbs iirc and 168 doesnt seem realistic for your BF. Up to you though. You do you, i was just curious
But theres a very good reason dmz is one if my favorite compounds as you can see lol. This last one the results wasnt all dmz obviously but ive had 2 other cycles with just dmz that blew me away with the results
This one was dmz, m1a, and msten at 30, 40, and 30 respectively 8 weeks. But my first dmz cycle was 8 weeks at 60 with very similar results although i dont have the pics from that one anymore.
Yeah i was. Never been all that strict with my diet though. I wasnt going hungry at all and wasnt driving myself insane making sure the only things i ate were clean.
Yeah ive had a couple times that i lost motivation and stopped lifting and before i know it 5-6 months or more and eat like sh1t amd get fat. Hop on dmz and 2 months later im back where i was. Ill post pics of the last time if i can find em
Im in. Tagged in the 4th post and somehow didnt see it lol. Great job on the weight loss. I havent read through the whole thread yet and dont have time to. You still doing the minimal calorie thing? I could literally NEVER do that lol. Thankfully ive never really needed to either though. Saw...
