You'll get a rush within seconds. You'll lose about 2% bodyfat in about an hour once it reaches your stubborn fat stores. To accelerate this do fasted cardio 30 minutes after dosing. If you bump up to 500mg it'll be 4%. 2x = twice as fast. Duh.
I haven't experienced anything out of the norm except for being a little antsy the first few days of taking it. But it subsided and I feel fairly good. Most likely because I haven't taken any stims this whole year except for a cup of coffee here and there. So far just smooth energy and no crash...
I used to be exactly like that too, all or nothing. When you have a lot of weight to lose it's dreadful thinking about how long it could take. I know this from a long personal journey from being around 25% down to single digits. It's extreme but I do know PSMF works. But the rebound from it was...
Agree with Hastur. I start hitting walls in my lifting at a 500 cal deficit. You're in like a 1500 deficit? I did PSMF for 2 weeks at a similar deficit and I couldn't even look at the weights let alone lift them by the end. I think you're doing pretty well.
Another reason is I want to see how someone responds to brite in person. Never tried it myself and probably won't need it until the next cut. My personal Guinea pig haha.
Is it worth using 1 bottle of brite at the end of a cut? I'm thinking of adding an evomuse product for my lady. We're aiming for around 18-20% BF in 6-8 weeks but it really depends how she sees herself in the mirror. She's only taking ignit3 at the moment. What do you guys recommend?
That's what I was thinking after reading the write up again. I've been using TTA solo and just started ignit3. Have a month left of TTA which is probably better saved for later?
How come in your other thread you say you're 195 at 20-23% bodyfat? If you're actually eating 1000 calories a day for 2 months (other thread) and not losing any fat than there's something very wrong with your body or you're way off on your estimations. 2 bananas, an orange or an apple is far...
Makes sense. I never had a huge issue with Y. It makes me a little jittery but similar to too much caffeine. First time I had Y I felt a little uneasy but seemed like I grew a tolerance to it quickly. Haven't had any for a year but ignit3 was just smooth from the start.
Anyone can't tolerate Y but can tolerate alpha-Y? Started taking OL ignit3 and it seems cleaner to me than HCL I've had in the past but there's a lot of other ingredients in it as well. It's a shame the dosages aren't revealed.
I'll be careful. Most likely right before bed and after we do anything. How easily is it transferred after drying though? Should I use gloves? I'm concerned about transferring it from my hands to other parts, people and my dog.
